Do your personnel wear uniforms?

No, all of our staff wear plain clothes and drive un-marked vehicles. This allows us to blend in with "the crowd". Operating in this manner ensures that we do not draw attention to you & our activities.

How is my money transported?

Secure Cash will provide tamper evident, serial numbered satchels for your banking. These satchels ensure that what you place in the bag is untouched until it reaches the teller at the bank.

Do your personnel sign for my banking?

Yes, we supply you with a banking register, this register is signed by our personnel and records all the necessary details of your deposit, such as satchel serial number/s & amounts to be banked.

How do I know my money was deposited?

Upon arrival at the bank, our staff will obtain a bank stamp on their register where possible. This stamp is confirmation of the bank accepting & depositing your money. Such confirmations may be viewed upon request.

Is my money insured?

Yes, your money is insured from the time it leaves your premises to the time it reaches the bank.

What about my receipts & other paperwork?

We collect these from the bank and will return them to you at no extra charge.

Is there a minimum or maximum I may bank?

No, you may bank as little or as much as you require.

Can you provide change?

Yes, we can provide change for your tills and floats. If we are able to bring the change order back on our next visit, it is FREE of charge.

Can you supply references?

Yes, we would be more than happy to supply a list of references, or alternatively please feel free to visit our client testimonials page on this web site.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we do not lock you into lengthy contracts.

How often will you collect my banking?

You can chose the frequency and day/s of collection. Collections can be from once a week to everyday, or even an ad hoc basis.

Do you collect outside of normal business hours?

Yes, we can collect at any time, even if it is weeknights or weekends especially for fetes and fundraising activities, or for book and school fee collections prior to school term.
